Primary neuroendocrine carcinoma of the urethra

We demonstrate a case report of a patient with an uncommon finding of primary neuroendocrine carcinoma in the male urethra.

Primary neuroendocrine tumor in this area is rare, there are only three cases described in the literature. We treated this case by endoscopic

transurethral ablation with holmium laser.
