The question of anterior compartment in laparoscopic sarcopexy

One of the most advanced and demanding laparoscopic operations is the pelvic repair. The milestone in the management of pelvic repair
procedures is the laparoscopic promontorium fixation. Because of the complexity of the given problem, there is a considerable proportion
of complementary complications of the anterior compartment we have to deal with. We are discussing relevant procedures which
are aimed to minimize the plausible side effects either as a part of the first operation or as a delayed one. Despite the boom of vaginal
mesh techniques, the laparoscopic procedures remain as a gold standard on the field of the advanced urogynaecological surgery.
